Responsibilities
- Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents, carers, and other family members.
- Develop and maintain highly professional relationships with Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
- Manage occupancy to ensure growth and meet business aims.
- Maintain accurate accounts and produce management information in line with company procedures.
- Manage, monitor, and control budgets, maintain petty cash systems.
- Identify training needs and develop and evaluate training plans for staff.
