Responsibilities

  • Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents, carers, and other family members.
  • Develop and maintain highly professional relationships with Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
  • Manage occupancy to ensure growth and meet business aims.
  • Maintain accurate accounts and produce management information in line with company procedures.
  • Manage, monitor, and control budgets, maintain petty cash systems.
  • Identify training needs and develop and evaluate training plans for staff.
