The Role: In this exciting role, you will coordinate event requirements for hirers, artists, and performers, ensuring every event is delivered professionally, efficiently, and in full compliance with licensing, health and safety, and operational standards. You will be customer-focused, commercially aware, and committed to maximising profitability through effective venue operations.
The Civic Hall has welcomed an impressive line‑up of stars over the years and continues to be a favourite destination for audiences and performers alike. The venue boasts outstanding bar and catering facilities, professional stage and technical equipment, a large commercial kitchen, retractable tiered seating, and one of the largest sprung wooden dance floors in Essex.
