Our client is one of the UK\’s largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Membership Manager. Leading a busy team, you will take an active role in the growth of membership at their site, based in Farnham, Surrey.
What your role will be
Working at the facility, you will provide a line management role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximize every opportunity. You will work to set KPIs and targets. Regular meetings with the team will be held to monitor performance and ensure support in line with our spirit values.
You will manage the team with the philosophy that \’everyone’s a member\’. Your focus will be on converting users into members, developing high levels of customer service, and ensuring excellence at all times. You will empower your team, helping them become subject matter experts with comprehensive product knowledge of the facilities and customer needs. This includes maintaining up-to-date and compliant administration and systems.
Your background
The successful candidate will have experience in membership management, sales management, or consultancy. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with both internal and external customers and staff. You should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and experience during the interview process. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of motivating and driving a sales team to success.
