Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people aged 8–17 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and learning disabilities.
About the Role: You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment, helping young people thrive. Working alongside the management team, you’ll support staff, lead shifts, and contribute to high-quality care planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people, families, and professionals
- Support and lead staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
