  • Achildcareandeducationqualificationequivalentto NVQlevel3

  • Acurrent First Aidqualification.
  • Asoundunderstandingofthe Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS)
  • Athoroughknowledgeofsafeguardingprocedures
  • Senior Deputy Nursery Manager–Key Responsibilities
  • Tosupporttheimplementationofthe Early Years Foundation Stage, includingoverseeingplanningandrecordkeeping
  • Promoteandfacilitatepartnershipwithparents/carersandotherfamilymembers
  • Supportwiththedevelopmentofandmaintaininghighlyprofessionalworkingrelationshipswithrelevant Local Authoritydepartments, regulatorybodiesandotheragencies
  • Remainabreastofcurrentdevelopmentsinchildcareandeducationpoliciesandpractices
  • Assistthe Managerwithmaintainingaccurateaccountsforthenurseryandproducemanagementinformationinaccordancewithcompanyprocedures
  • Assistwiththepreparationanddeliveryofregularstaff, planningandparentmeetingsandotherevents.
