You will be providing a high standard of Day Care for pre-school children in a stimulating environment which aims to provide Equal Opportunities ensuring that all Legal, Safety and individual requirements are met. You will also get the opportunity to undertake your Level 3 childcare qualification, which is recognised within all Early Years Settings.

- Performance Bonus Scheme and Salary Reviews: After your first full year of service (January - December), staff are entered into our annual Christmas Bonus scheme where you can earn a performance related bonus just in time for Christmas shopping. Regular Salary Reviews are also carried out to ensure staff who work hard and give their all are recognised and rewarded with pay increases.
The successful Nursery Assistant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
