The Role
As aNursery Room Leader, you will playa key rolein the day-to-day runningof yourallocatedroom, ensuring thehighest standards ofcare, learning anddevelopment are maintained.
You’ll lead byexample, support andmentor colleagues, andcreate a nurturingenvironment where childrenfeel happy, safeand inspired toreach their fullpotential.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3in Childcare (oranequivalent recognised qualification)
- Experience working withinan Early Yearssetting
- Strong knowledge ofchilddevelopment and theEYFS
- A passion fordelivering outstandingcare and learningexperiences
- Excellentleadership, communicationand organisational skills
- A commitment tosafeguarding and promotingthe welfare ofchildren
