Inspire is looking for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a warm, high‑quality early years team. You will manage the day‑to‑day running of your allocated room, uphold the highest standards of care and learning, and mentor colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), have strong EYFS knowledge and excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
