This diverse nursery in New Addington is now looking for an Early Years Educator to join the friendly team of staff ASAP! With a supportive leadership team, opportunities for professional development, and career progression, this is a great place for any practitioner looking to further their career!

Working 40 hours a week in a permanent position, there are chances for bonuses to be paid, further training opportunities, and the salary would be from £26k-£30k per annum. Other benefits include team social events, free lunches, and discounted childcare.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing general care and support for children in the nursery
• Following the EYFS standards and curriculum to support children\’s learning and development
• Observing and assessing children’s progress
• Supporting children with additional needs and adapting activities to suit their requirements
• Planning and leading activities that stimulate children\’s minds, creativity and imagination

Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential, and a minimum Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is required for this permanent position.

This is a family-run nursery that has a real sense of community, which you will be welcomed into, working collaboratively with a great team of staff. The private outdoor space makes it a lovely nursery and enables children to extend their learning further. As an Early Years Educator, you will provide a secure and friendly learning environment where every child is able to and is encouraged to fully participate in every activity!
