We are looking for a Deputy Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the centre in the absence of the General Manager. The role includes coaching and mentoring the team on shift, ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience, and managing both front‑end and back‑end operations. Candidates will be expected to deliver on financial targets and service standards, and may progress to a General Manager role within 12‑18 months.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a customer‑facing management role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
  • Passion for people and experience coaching and developing a team.
  • Fanatical about customer service.
  • A ambition for success.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
