Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner, or someone looking to take the next step in their early years career, to join a setting that places a strong emphasis on high-quality care, positive relationships and staff development.
About the role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be someone who is confident working in a busy nursery environment and who genuinely enjoys engaging with children through play, interaction and meaningful learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification .
- Have a strong practical understanding of the
EYFS .
- Be confident and capable of working within a busy nursery environment.
- Understand the importance of attachment, emotional regulation and strong key-person relationships .
- Be warm, caring and proactive, with a genuine ability to engage and interact with children.
- Have excellent communication skills when working with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Be reliable, professional and committed to developing a long-term career in early years .
- Take pride in their practice and the quality of experiences they provide for children.
- Be enthusiastic about continuing their professional development and expanding their early years knowledge.
