The Proposals Engineer is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) drive and motor system solutions. This role manages the full bid lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through to final submission—ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer specifications and company strategy.
The Proposals Engineer acts as the key interface between Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful bid outcomes and strong order conversion.

- Intermediate-level technical contributor; generally works independently under moderate supervision and may seek advice of more senior employees in the same area.
