Social Media, Marketing & Talent Attraction

Flowtec are an international recruitment consultancy with offices in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and United States. Specialising in the following fields: Engineering, Technical Sales, Biotech, Construction, IT and Executive Management.

We are currently hiring for a Social Media, Marketing & Talent Attraction Manager to work from our Sutton Coldfield headquarters.

This position with have the responsibility of managing our social media presence with a view to increasing client engagement and attracting talent to the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Social media engagement (especially LinkedIn)
• Marketing campaigns (especially for recruitment services)
• Talent acquisition and retention

Additional experience would be beneficial:

• European languages (Especially German or Dutch)
• Learning & development
• Graphic design
