Flowtec is a senior-level, international headhunting consultancy with six offices across Europe and the United States. We are a rapidly expanding company with 50 staff currently turning over €6.5m, headquartered in Sutton Coldfield, UK. We have a current requirement for a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the groups operations and financial commitments in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands and America. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: * International invoicing and accounting in GBP, EUR and USD. * Excellent Excel skills. * Financial reporting and accounts keeping across UK, DE, BE, ES, NL and US. * Interaction with multiple Accountants across the regions. * General operational responsibilities. Additional European languages such as German or Dutch would be a plus, but are not required. Full training will be provided.
