We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child & Family Help Team within the AFC framework, offering a competitive rate of £37.52 per hour on an Umbrella basis. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families.

- Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring their engagement in the process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings to promote a coordinated approach to safeguarding and welfare.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and family support services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
