We are seeking a dedicated and professional Massage and Facial Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage and facial treatments that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a tranquil environment, helping clients achieve their health, skincare, and relaxation goals through expert therapeutic techniques. Responsibilities
- Perform customised massage treatments based on client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other specialised techniques.
- Deliver professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, massage, and skincare therapies tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and contraindications before each treatment.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and calming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and wellness practices.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimise client flow and ensure punctual service.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and products are properly maintained, cleaned, and sterilised after each use.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in massage therapy, facial therapy, or related wellness and beauty fields.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in massage and facial treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a relaxing and professional environment.
- Good knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and skin analysis.
- Proficiency in makeup application is considered a bonus but not essential.
- Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple appointments smoothly while maintaining attention to detail.
