Flow Cadillac of Wilmington is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager.

The Assistant Parts manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. The retail parts manager will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising and advertising.

Requirements Include

  • Assisting to Forecast goals, review sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
  • Develop, enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • Ensure that the computer system and prices are kept up to date.
  • Manage Parts Department employees. Ensure that they follow assigned work schedules and adhere to company policy.
  • Establish and maintain programs designed to train, develop and motivate department employees
  • Oversee parts payment collection and billing.
  • Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce a profit.
  • Ensure parts and accessories are available for resale
  • Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
  • Provide technical assistance to parts department employees
  • Valid driver\’s license
  • Parts managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • Enforce safety requirements and all federal, state and local regulations that may affect parts
