Our client is looking for an Area Manager to guide and drive new business relationships in the Medical Tech industry. This opportunity is open to candidates with experience in a field sales position and who have the right mindset and credibility. Our client is a leading provider in medical sales, offering a sustainable range of innovative instruments and system solutions for minimally invasive procedures.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own territory and building relationships with suppliers and hospitals. You will be a key part of the sales team and will receive excellent development and support throughout your time with our client.
- Gain competence and confidence on the company’s products and services through engaging with formal training and in-field training opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Attain agreed objectives to gain access to performance-related commission.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Have the ability to unearth new business opportunities.
- Collate, track and develop sales projects.
- Coordinate designated area meeting follow-ups, product support, logistics, installations, and regional educational events.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years in a business-to-business field-based role.
- Full UK Driving License.
