Business Development Executive We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing company within the shipping and logistics sector . This is a full sales-cycle role where you’ll have real ownership of your pipeline—from prospecting through to closing and account development. If you’re confident, driven, and enjoy being out meeting clients rather than sitting behind a desk, this is a great opportunity to build a highly rewarding career in sales. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts Motivated by targets, incentives, and career progression Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered) Full UK driving licence (essential) No prior sales or logistics experience is required—full training will be provided.
