- Proactively contacting prospective customers
- Identifying potential sales opportunities
- Arranging meetings for senior sales staff
- Building rapport with new contacts
- Following up on lead generation campaigns
- Re-engaging previous customers
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM
- Supporting team sales objectives
