Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire an Entry Level Account Manager to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a client-focused position with genuine opportunities for development and progression.
Rather than focusing purely on new business, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Supporting customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate
- Conducting regular customer reviews and follow-ups
- Managing account information and activity within the CRM
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or recruitment would be beneficial but isn't essential
