What You’ll Be Doing
Building Customer Relationships
- Speak with new and existing business customers
- Learn about how they currently ship goods and where improvements can be made
- Provide helpful, friendly support and maintain regular contact
Learning & Development
- Take part in a structured 12‑month training programme
- Gain hands‑on experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service
- Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on‑the‑job coaching
Supporting Customer Accounts
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through the process
- Assist with pricing, billing queries, and general account support
- Work closely with your team to solve problems and deliver a great service
Progression Opportunities
- Build your skills and move towards more senior roles
- Develop into a confident Account Manager over time
- Earn commission as you grow your portfolio of customers
