What This Role Is All About
As a Trainee Development & Operations Consultant, you'll be part of the team that keeps our commercial engine running smoothly and our pipeline of opportunities growing. You'll learn how the pieces fit together â data, outreach, systems, process, and people â while contributing to real work that makes a difference.
Some days you'll be researching potential customers and spotting opportunities. Other days you'll be supporting meetings, tightening workflows, updating systems, or helping prepare proposals. You'll sit in the middle of many different functions, giving you a rare, fullâcircle view of how modern B2B commercial operations work.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Working with leaders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to support commercial activity.
- Researching potential customers, partners, and industry insights to identify new opportunities.
- Keeping Salesforce, Pardot, and Account Engagement tidy, accurate, and useful.
- Supporting outreach by helping craft clear, relevant messages across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Preparing notes, action lists, and follow-ups that keep conversations and deals moving forward.
- Helping run weekly reporting and rhythm meetings that keep the team aligned.
- Highlighting operational issues, trends, and areas for improvement â and helping drive solutions.
