We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to contribute to our growing company. You will be responsible for lead generation via the phone, booking meetings or creating opportunities for our business development directors with prospective companies in the UK. Your key performance indicators will be based around calls, meetings booked and sat, and opportunities created.
Working with the likes of Adidas, TrustPilot, SkyScanner we provide the best service when it comes allowing businesses to add more greenery to their offices.
Responsibilities- Primary responsibility will be to generate leads and enquiries for the BDM within your team.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- KPI: Booking quality meetings.
- KPI: Create opportunities for our BDM.
- KPI: Prospecting β via cold calling throughout the day.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Go the "extra mile" to facilitate future sales and hit personal targets.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Previous sales experience (preferably telesales).
- Proven track record of successfully hitting your KPIs.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Able to work as a team player.
