We’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our commercial fuel team as a Trainee Sales Executive. No experience is needed — if you’re great on the phone, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in sales, this role is a strong first step. You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear route into an Account Executive position as your skills grow.
What You’ll Do
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Handling inbound enquiries from interested customers
- Communicating confidently and clearly over the phone
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable fuel solutions
- Updating CRM notes accurately
- Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets
