The eLearning Developer (Mid-Level) designs, builds, and enhances engaging digital learning experiences. You'll work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to transform learning objectives into interactive, impactful modules that inspire learners and drive measurable results. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, technical expertise, and attention to detail will directly shape the quality of our learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to translate storyboards into visually compelling, learner-friendly experiences.
- Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance engagement and retention.
- Test and troubleshoot courses for functionality, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility (LMS, mobile, desktop).
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
- Maintain and update existing eLearning content based on learner feedback and evolving business needs.
- Work with LMS administrators to upload, configure, and track learning modules.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Ability to create and edit multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- 2-4 years' experience developing eLearning content in a corporate, academic, or agency setting.
