The Opportunity

We are seeking a relationship-driven Territory Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Blackpool and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who thrives on autonomy, building partnerships, and delivering long-term value to customers. You will be supported with structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to progress. 1-stage in-person interview taking place in the first week of July.

The Role

This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for managing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and building strong commercial relationships within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients on a daily/weekly basis
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Work towards and exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of service

  • Previous experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
