Looking to break into the world of tech sales and build a rewarding career from day one? We’re hiring a brand new team of Sales Development Representatives in London to join a rapidly growing cyber security company that’s changing the way businesses engage with their customers.

This is a springboard into the tech industry, with clear progression routes, excellent training, and the opportunity to earn well while learning the ropes. At Flourish, we don’t need you to have a degree, but we do want to see confidence, strong communication and a real curiosity to learn. We want to hear from individuals with character and grit, make us remember who you are as a person and why you know you\’ll thrive in this environment. The rest we can coach in our 3-day bootcamp and continued support throughout your first 12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead generation and prospecting in global markets
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Exceeding KPI’s
  • Qualifying leads and booking new business meetings
  • Communicating the real value of your services

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Articulate and professional
  • Motivated by success, results and the chance to progress quickly
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and sparking conversations
