About the Role

Our client is looking for a Talent Resourcer to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical, and proactive individual looking to build a career in internal recruitment. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support hiring across both UK and US offices, helping to identify and engage exceptional talent across a wide variety of business functions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and communication. A significant part of your day may involve mapping talent markets, building sourcing projects on LinkedIn Recruiter, identifying target candidate pools, and developing creative approaches to engage hard-to-reach talent.

You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, build long-term talent pipelines, and contribute to hiring strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business priorities.




• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.




• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality candidates.




• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools.




• Create personalised outreach campaigns that generate meaningful candidate engagement.




• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.




• Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.




• Share market insights and sourcing intelligence with the wider Talent Acquisition team.




• Continuously explore new sourcing techniques and recruitment best practice.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys uncovering information and connecting with people.

You may be a recent graduate or have experience in recruitment, research, administration, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, or another people-focused environment.
