With offices in Wilmslow and London, we are expanding at a fantastic rate and we are looking for individuals eager to kick-start their career in recruitment. We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Talent Executives to join our growing team in Wilmslow!

The Role:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Advise candidates on interview process and provide support and guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Support on the delivery of our Discovery Day process.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Working closely with our MD and Talent Director.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to commute to Wilmslow 5 days a week.
- Comfortability speaking with candidates and clients over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Money motivated.
