  • Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process and delivering an excellent experience.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Sharing market insights and sourcing intelligence with the wider Talent Acquisition team.

  • Comfortable engaging with people via phone, email and Linked In.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve results.
  • Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or people-focused careers.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, business development, retail or hospitality would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.

Full training and support will be provided.

  • £30,000 starting salary.
  • £3,000 annual performance bonus.
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Direct exposure to experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
