Develop strategic customer relationships and influence business growth through proactive account management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as the primary contact
  • Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Work towards retention and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and account plans
  • Maintain CRM records and customer activity updates
