The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the Nordics market, generating high-quality sales opportunities and building a strong pipeline for the wider sales team. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on exposure designed to help you grow into a high-performing SaaS sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage senior decision-makers through targeted outbound prospecting
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach using buyer-intent tools
- Execute structured call, email, and follow-up cadences
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to consistently achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales or BDR role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Confidence with cold calling and outbound email outreach
- Fluency in English plus Danish, Finnish, or another Scandinavian language
- Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to progress in a sales career
- Experience with Salesforce or similar sales tools is a plus
