The Role
As a Talent Resourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying outstanding candidates, building talent pipelines and supporting hiring managers to fill a wide range of exciting positions.
Using Linked In Recruiter, networking, market research and candidate outreach, you'll proactively engage professionals, introduce career opportunities and help create an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact through to interview.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards and networking.
- Building relationships with professionals across a range of industries and disciplines.
- Creating talent pipelines for both current vacancies and future hiring needs.
- Researching competitor businesses and mapping talent markets.
- Writing personalised outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate records using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Sharing market insights and contributing ideas to improve sourcing strategies.
