We’re looking for a Bid & Sales Coordinator to join our growing Revenue Team - someone proactive, detail‑driven, and excited to play a key role in supporting high‑impact sales activity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring public sector and customer portals for new opportunities
- Coordinating the Bid / No Bid process and preparing internal brief packs
- Supporting bid planning, timelines, stakeholder contributions, and resource allocation
- Maintaining and improving the bid library, templates, and document standards
- Ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Managing NDAs and supporting governance and document control best practice
- Providing insights and data on framework performance
- Contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team

Location & Working Pattern
Base: Theale, Reading
Mondays in-office with the Revenue Team for collaboration
First 3 months: 2–3 days per week on-site for shadowing and hands‑on support
Quarterly travel to the Stoke-on-Trent HQ to build team relationships and assist with bid cycles
