What You’ll Do:- Manage and progress a pipeline of active opportunities
- Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and commercial conversations
- Own customer renewals and support expansion within existing accounts
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Maintain accurate forecasting and updates in Salesforce
