Salary: £37,000–£39,000 base + uncapped commission

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior SDR to join a results-driven sales team in the City of London.

This role is centred around high-volume outbound activity, where success is directly linked to consistency, resilience, and performance.

You’ll be responsible for driving early-stage pipeline by engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out consistent outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
• Connect with and qualify key decision-makers across target organisations
• Schedule high-quality meetings and develop sales pipeline
• Build credibility quickly and uncover commercial challenges
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate activity and pipeline data
• Deliver against and exceed individual outreach and revenue targets
