The Opportunity
Our client, an established cybersecurity and network systems integrator, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. The business delivers managed security services, professional services, and network/security solutions, and is part of a larger pan-European group with a genuinely broad technical portfolio. This role is about deepening existing client relationships and growing account value across a technically sophisticated client base.

What You’ll Own
- Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client accounts
- Identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet across managed services, professional services, and security/network solutions
- Acting as a senior, trusted point of contact for key client relationships
- Collaborating with technical and delivery teams (SOC, NOC, and professional services) to ensure accounts are well-served
- Supporting renewals and commercial negotiations across the account base
What We’re Looking For
- A strong track record of account management within cybersecurity, networking, or IT managed services
- Experience growing and retaining relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Comfort operating in a technically complex environment, working alongside specialist technical teams
- Strong commercial and relationship-management skills, with the credibility to operate at a senior level
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and network technology, even without a deep technical background yourself
Compensation & Package
Base: £60,000 | Commission: £60,000 (Total on-target earnings: £120,000)
