The Opportunity

Our client, an established HR technology provider, is looking for an SDR Manager to lead and scale its outbound pipeline generation function. The business supports thousands of organisations globally with its HR and payroll platform and has recently grown through acquisition. This role is being created to build a more structured, higher-performing SDR engine to match that growth trajectory.

What You'll Own

  • Recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of SDRs to consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
  • Building and refining outbound prospecting processes, messaging, and playbooks.
  • Partnering closely with sales and marketing leadership to align pipeline generation with revenue goals.
  • Owning SDR performance metrics — activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing or leading an SDR/BDR team, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of building outbound processes that consistently hit pipeline targets.
  • Strong coaching ability — experience developing SDRs into quota-carrying reps is a plus.
  • HR tech or adjacent B2B software experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Comfortable working with modern sales engagement tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft).
