About Us

At Flourish, we help businesses build successful sales teams – and keep them performing – with a unique approach that blends high-potential talent, immersive onboarding, and continuous pastoral support. Whether we’re creating a team from the ground up or scaling existing talent, our mission remains the same: help people thrive in B2B sales and in life.

We connect our partners with motivated, early-career individuals through our engaging Discovery Days, matching those with the strongest potential and attitude to exciting sales opportunities. Our Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring these individuals – and their wider sales teams – are fully equipped to succeed.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement Specialist (Sales Trainer) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes that enhance the capabilities and performance of both internal and external sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Lead onboarding and ramp-up sessions for new sales hires.
  • Deliver impactful training on sales processes, product knowledge, and essential soft skills.
  • Run virtual and in-person training sessions with energy and clarity.

Content Development

  • Design and maintain engaging training materials, sales playbooks, and resources.
  • Tailor content to different sales roles, experience levels, and partner requirements.

Sales Tools & Process Support

  • Reinforce best practices, sales methodology, and use of sales tools.
  • Support teams in embedding process excellence and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and learner feedback.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and implement improvements where needed.

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to drive performance outcomes through enablement

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial trainer or enablement role.
  • A track record of supporting apprentices or early-career talent to success.
  • Able to work flexibly, adapt to diverse environments, and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willing to undergo (or already hold) an Enhanced CRB/DBS check.

Desirable

  • Field-based training delivery experience.
  • Direct sales experience or strong understanding of B2B sales techniques.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work toward one.
  • Assessor qualification or interest in working toward one.
  • Experience in FE/HE or apprenticeships training or assessment.

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Private medical insurance
  • Work from home
  • Option to buy additional leave
  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Salary £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus
