Flourish is recruiting Sales Development Representatives for one of the UK’s leading fuel distributors. Join a fast-growing team in their fuel solution division and play a key role in driving new business through outbound sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive New Business: Make outbound sales calls to engage new clients and promote fuel card solutions
• Convert Leads: Follow up on warm inbound leads and turn interest into action
• Build Relationships: Guide new customers through onboarding and encourage early usage
• Own Your Pipeline: Stay on top of follow-ups, manage your CRM, and hit activity targets
• Retain & Grow: Use a consultative approach to build trust and long-term value

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator with strong phone and email skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads at once
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Positive, customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented attitude
