You’ll join a fast‑paced Network Sales Team, responsible for developing new business within a defined local area. No prior sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. What matters most is attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
The role:
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
- Speaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce appropriate logistics solutions
- Managing activity and progress through a CRM system
- Working towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth go‑live experience
- Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience
