Help build exceptional teams behind a global business.

Finding great people isn't just about searching Linked In - it's about spotting potential before anyone else does, building genuine relationships and creating talent pipelines that shape the future of a business.

We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join an ambitious internal recruitment team supporting an international organisation that's continuing to invest heavily in its people.

This is an opportunity to move beyond reactive recruitment and become a true talent specialist, partnering with hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional candidates across a range of business functions.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy speaking to people and love the challenge of finding hidden talent, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent before roles even reach the market.

Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll develop sourcing strategies, map talent markets, build long-term candidate pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to interview.

This is a proactive recruitment role where success comes from relationship building, market knowledge and creativity.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals and market research.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for both current vacancies and future hiring requirements.
  • Conducting competitor and talent mapping to identify emerging talent and hiring trends.
  • Creating personalised outreach campaigns that encourage passive candidates to engage.
  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and role requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Sharing market intelligence and sourcing insights to support continuous improvement across the recruitment team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in finding the right person for the right opportunity.

You’ll stand out if you have

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset with strong research abilities.
  • Confidence engaging with professionals over the phone, email and Linked In.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High levels of resilience, initiative and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or employer branding.

Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, customer service or business development would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What's In It For You?

  • £30,000 starting salary.
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing development.
  • The opportunity to work alongside an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition team.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of commercial and corporate hiring projects.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Clear opportunities to progress your career within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment and leadership roles.

Why Apply?

This is far more than an administrative recruitment role.

You'll become a strategic talent partner, developing expertise in candidate sourcing, market intelligence and employer branding while helping shape the growth of a highly successful international business.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can develop specialist recruitment skills, build meaningful relationships and make a genuine impact on hiring success, we'd love to hear from you.
