We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join an exciting fintech business based in Reading. No previous sales experience is required, as you’ll receive structured training and ongoing development to give you the skills and confidence to succeed in B2B sales.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers and building a strong pipeline for the wider sales team.
- Reaching out to prospective businesses through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Speaking confidently with decision makers and understanding their business needs
- Generating qualified opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Working towards clear activity and revenue targetsDeveloping your knowledge of fintech, technology and AI
- Building the commercial skills needed to progress into Account Executive or Business Development Manager positions
