What You\'ll Be Doing

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business opportunities.




• Identifying and engaging potential SME customers.




• Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.




• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.




• Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.




• Managing onboarding, pricing discussions, billing queries, and service improvements.




• Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth.




• Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and supporting their long-term success.




• Working towards performance targets and progression milestones.
