Flourish is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a team of 4 SDRs while remaining hands-on with outbound strategy and pipeline generation.

The role is a true player-coach position with approximately 70/30 time split between coaching and driving personal targets.

You will coach, review performance, and push for continuous improvement in a sales-focused culture that values development.
