We’re hiring a Junior Account Executive to join our client’s fast-growing team. About the Role

You’ll learn how to identify opportunities, start conversations with business owners, and introduce solutions that make a real impact. From your first call to your first deal, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Get stuck into sales from day one

• Reach out to SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Learn how to grab attention and start meaningful conversations
• Research businesses and understand their shipping challenges

Build confidence & book meetings

• Set up meetings with decision-makers
• Develop strong communication skills through real interactions

Understand needs & add value

• Learn how businesses manage logistics and shipping
• Help present smarter, cost-saving solutions

Develop your sales skills & start closing

• Take part in hands-on training, coaching, and live roleplays
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Work toward closing your first deals with support from experienced mentors

Grow accounts & maximise earnings

• Build relationships with clients
• Support long-term account growth and retention
