The Role
This isn’t your typical sales job. As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll be building relationships with retailers, e-commerce brands, and high-street vendors—any business that ships parcels at volume whilst backed by a reliable management team. If motivated, resilient, and hungry to learn, this role gives you autonomy, support, and the opportunity to quickly grow into an Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own prospect pipeline to hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Drive new business across retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Record and manage sales activity in CRM.
- Onboard clients quickly and ensure smooth go-live.
- Provide clients with tools and training to self-serve effectively.
- Monitor client performance and resolve escalations.
- Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure service excellence.
About You
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Sales experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Full UK driving license.
