A school needs cover. A teacher is ready for a permanent role. Someone is looking for tutoring support. An education professional wants to make new connections. We want our brands to come to mind when those needs arise.

Flourish Education connects schools across the West Midlands with teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals. We believe local knowledge and clear, consultative communication help build strong, lasting partnerships. We are looking for a creative, organised Brand and Marketing Executive to take ownership of brand marketing across our established education recruitment business and developing services in tutoring, permanent recruitment, education platform and education networking.

You will help shape how several brands are presented, support new launches and create content that reaches people beyond our existing followers. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys making things happen and can explain what their marketing is achieving.

You will work alongside our lead generation colleague, senior team and service leads. Together, you will agree which brands, campaigns and channels take priority within your part‑time hours.

What you will do

• Own a focused brand and content plan for an agreed portfolio of brands, supporting established services and new launches.
• Keep each brand recognisable through consistent messaging, visual identity and reusable content templates.
• Create useful social posts, short videos, articles, newsletters and case studies for the audiences each service needs to reach.
• Choose channels and formats based on audience and purpose, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where appropriate.
• Bring our people and services to life through interviews, photographs and stories from educators, clients and partners.
• Coordinate our Connecting Classrooms podcast and turn episodes into content for wider use.
• Support education partnerships, networking activity and agreed events that introduce our brands to new audiences.
• Review reach, recognition, audience behaviour and relevant enquiries, then use what you learn to improve the plan.

What we are looking for

You will have practical marketing experience and examples of work you have planned, created and delivered. You should enjoy producing content while keeping a clear view of the business purpose behind it.

• You write clearly and can adapt your message for different brands and audiences.
• You are comfortable creating social content and editing short videos with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• You can manage a content calendar, meet deadlines and make sensible choices when several people need your time.
• You understand how to reach new audiences and can explain what reach, engagement and website data tell you.
• You bring ideas, take ownership and are comfortable asking colleagues to contribute.
• You are interested in measuring whether our brands are becoming more recognisable and whether marketing is helping generate relevant interest.

Experience managing several brands, launching services, working with podcasts or developing partnerships would be useful. Education, recruitment or tutoring experience is welcome, but strong content skills and sound judgement matter more than having worked in our sector before.
