What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with new and existing SME clients to understand their needs


• Learn about customer shipping habits and identify ways to improve efficiency


• Provide friendly, ongoing support to ensure a great customer experience

Training & Development

• Take part in a structured 12-month training programme designed for entry-level talent


• Learn key skills including sales fundamentals, negotiation, and customer success


• Gain experience through classroom learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on-the-job coaching

Account Support

• Help onboard new clients and support them with day-to-day queries


• Assist with pricing, billing, and service-related questions


• Develop problem-solving skills by working closely with your team and customers
